Sometimes being alone reveals just how capable you already are. It can also give you more freedom to trust your instincts, make different choices and connect more honestly with the people around you.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been doing more things alone, from attending a wedding solo to driving across Germany and exploring Munich by myself. None of it felt completely comfortable, but that was exactly the point.
